The GMAT test is the entrance exam for roughly 1,800 graduate business and management programs worldwide. GMAT scores are used by the admissions desks of just about all MBA programs to help select only the best of students. The GMAT gauges skills of the prospective student in three categories.

There are 3 main factors in qualifying for an MBA program;

1) Undergraduate GPA
2) Work Experience
3) GMAT Score

Your undergraduate GPA is already set in stone and work experience will only take you so far. This now leaves the student with a lot riding on their GMAT score. Submitting your application with a 610 GMAT score or a 660 could make all the difference in the world on whether you are accepted or not. While most students have not taken a formal math course in 3+ years they may find themselves a little rusty when it comes to advanced math equations. In order to regain your math skill set from your under graduate days most students will utilize a multitude of resources in order to become more comfortable with the material presented on the GMAT test.
