IIM-A to adopt cohort-based placement process
The summer placements at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad ( IIM-A ) was a four-day affair last year will continue for weeks this year, until each of its students is placed. The institute is focused on a more precise match making of student and job. IIM-A will discard the day-based placement system and adopt an open-ended and comparatively relaxed cohort-based placement system, for its summer placements this year.
