They have the desire to further their studies and obtain an MBA and even a PHD because in their point of view, possessing an MBA or PHD qualification is able to guarantee them a high paid job with a bright future and luxurious life.

In the real business world, if a person who has MBA qualification but he or she is totally not competent in his or her work, he or she will definitely not be paid with high salary. The employers need staff who are able to perform in the work. The qualification is just another supporting point to prove the staff is knowledgeable. Besides knowledge, the more essential thing is the skill. The skills of getting work done and completed in a proper manner are much more important than a certificate.
