MBA Papers : ICET 2009 Exam for MBA and MCA
The Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) is conducted by any one University in Andhra Pradesh for admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA). This year ICET will be conducted on 9th May 2009.
Eligibility:
The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 and amended up-to-date (As per GO.Ms No. 108, Higher Education Dept. dated 30-07-2005).
The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the concerned universities.
A pass (or) appearance at the final year examination of Bachelor’s Degree (except BOL and BFA) of any University in Andhra Pradesh or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto.
The candidates seeking admission into MBA course should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than three years duration from any recognized university or equivalent thereof besides passing SSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
The candidates seeking admission into MCA course should have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level (OR) should have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for ICET-2009.
Admission into any college depends on its Recognition Affiliation by the respective statutory bodies.
Note : The Convener ICET-2008 reserves the right to reject the application of the candidate any stage if
(a) The application is incomplete or filled by others,
(b) The application is not signed,
(c) The candidate fails to satisfy the eligibility conditions,
(d) Any false or incorrect information is furnished,
(e) The entries in the application form are illegible, and
(f) The application is received after the last date and time notified.
How to apply?
Prescribed application form for the Entrance Test together with instructions booklet can be obtained in person on payment of Rs.250/- in cash at -
All the Head Post Offices in A.P,
All the Post Offices located on the University Campuses and The e-seva centres in Andhra Pradesh.
Submission of Application Form:
Duly filled-in Application Forms (placed in the envelope supplied) may be submitted along with relevant documents by paying postal charges through the Head Post Offices to The Convener, ICET-2009, Andhra University College of Engineering, Vishakhapattanam – 530 003 (A.P.) India on or before 28-3-09 upto 5.00pm. The application forms may also be submitted on or before 10-04-2009 up to 5.00 p.m. along with a late fee of Rs.500/- and on or before 17-04-2009 upto 5.00 p.m. along with a late fee of Rs.2000/- in form of DD drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of ‘The Secretary, APSCHE’, payable at Hyderabad. Incomplete application forms and application forms received after the specified date and time will summarily be rejected.
Submission of Application Online:
Applications can also be submitted online. However, a copy of the application download along with passport size photograph and DD for Rs.250/- drawn in favour of ‘The Secretary, APSCHE’, is to be sent to the Convener, ICET-2009.

The test consists of 200 questions of 1 mark each
Duration of the Test : 2 ½ Hours (150 minutes )
