Description :
The three-year programme is designed to develop conceptual knowledge and behavioral skills in students who continue to work in industry, government or other organizations. The modular design of the course divided into six semesters builds a strong foundation in the basic areas of management and allows the students to specialize in areas of their interest. This programme has several streams of specialization. Candidates are required to complete the course within 5 years of their admission. The intake in this programme is 140 students.

Admission Eligibility

(a) Every candidate seeking admission shall have passed a bachelor�s degree examination of at least 3 years duration in Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering or Technology of the University of Delhi or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks in aggregate in the First Degree Examination and possess other qualifications mentioned here under. Relaxation from the minimum marks required in the First Degree Examination may be made for candidates who have less than 45 % marks in their First Degree Examination, but 55 % or more marks in any Post Graduate Degree or at least 60% in Diploma in Personnel Management, Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management, or Diploma in Administrative Management of the University of Delhi conducted by the Faculty prior to the implementation of this particular scheme. (b) Candidates should have at least three years experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial, industrial or government establishment after passing the Bachelor�s Degree Examination. (c) Three years Full-Time experience shall be determined as on 1st August of the year of admission. (d) Candidates must be sponsored by his/her present employer.
